Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase and service contract #2025152 with Sauder Manufacturing Company for jury seating including delivery and installation, in the not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars ($35,305.00), and exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(7)(D) captive replacement parts or components for equipment and authorizing execution of the contract.
