Background
Oncor Electric has existing facilities in conflict with the East Wilco Highway Segment 2 Project. The Discretionary Service Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $53,784.97. Oncor Electric is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to Manville Water by the County is $53,784.97 (100% of $53,784.97).
