Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Moving Services Contract #2025185 between Williamson County and Central Transportation Systems, Inc. in the amount of $20,400.00 for election equipment moving services pursuant to Cooperative contract #TXMAS 22-96201 and authorizing the execution of this contract.
Background
Voting equipment moving services are required for the upcoming May 2025 election. Services are required starting the week of April 17, 2025, and voting equipment will need to be moved to and from polling locations. Items to be moved will include voting equipment, carts, tables, chairs, signs, cones, mats, and ramps. A cooperative contract with TXMAS is being utilized for the purchase with funding source 01.0375.0375.004100 for FY25. Origination #2394. The Department's Point of Contact is Vikki Farrow.
