This Master Service Agreement for full-service commercial fabrication and welding services on mild steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper equipment is as needed between Williamson County and TORCH Industrial Services, LLC. This company has previously been used by the Williamson County Facilities Management department on similar scopes of work as they arose. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2025.
