Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $8,547.00 for Project 25IFB6 Bagdad ROW Clearing (Loop 332 to CR 281) (Rotten Apple Services) P: 343 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order compensates the Contractor for constructing water gaps on Parcels 21-A and 21-B. The water gaps were included in the ROW acquisition and part of the Real Estate Agreement, but did not make it into the construction plans. See attached Change Order for additional details.

This Change Order results in a net increase of $8,547.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $1,262,379.00. The original Contract amount was $1,253,832.00.  As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $8,547.00 has been added to the Contract, resulting in an 0.68% net increase in the Contract cost.  No additional days will be added to or deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
