Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Rancho Del Cielo subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of Rancho Del Cielo that was initially approved on August 27, 2019. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the roadway and lot layout.  With this revision, there is an increase of 20 single family lots and 256 feet of new public roads. The proposed Rancho Del Cielo preliminary plat consists of 961 single family lots, 6 open space lots, 4 ROW reserve lots, 10 landscape lots and 27,118 feet of new public roads on 198.49 acres.
