Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ32 for Geotech/Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Pool to the recommended firms, as per attached documentation, for a period of two (2) years, on an as-needed basis.

Williamson County sent out eight thousand two hundred and sixty-three (8,263) notifications with seventy-two (72) document takers and received twenty-one (21) submittals. Qualifications were evaluated and scoring assigned, with the top-ranked firms that scored ninety (90) or above being recommended for award on an as-needed basis.  After independently and collectively reviewing qualification submissions, the evaluation committee found the attached list of Geotech/CMT firms to be the best-suited and most qualified to provide geotechnical and or construction materials testing (CMT) services. Areas of professional services and the names of firms that are recommended for award are:

• Colliers Engineering & Design, Inc.
• Paradigm Consultants, Inc. dba CMT Technical Services Company
• SCI Engineering, Inc.
• Terracon Consultants, Inc.

The awarded pool of professionals will be valid for two (2) years. Professional Service Agreements (PSA) will be contracted on an as-needed basis and will be presented to court for approval at that time.
