Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to add new sub-consultant dss+ and increases the compensation cap by $50,000.00 from $2,600,000.00 to $2,650.000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 1.
