Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ7 to Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. for the West Arena Expo Fans in the not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($36,500.00) and authorize execution of the agreement, the funding source is P635.

Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. is recommended for award through the 25RFSQ7 - MEPFC pool, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis on 04.07.25 agenda item no.32. Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc, is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool. Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and Parkhill, Smith, & Cooper, Inc. is to design additional High Volume Low Speed fans over the bleachers in the main arena and sunshades for the west side of the main arena, located at 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, Taylor, 76574. This PSA will be valid as of the date of execution through April 10, 2026, Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed scope of work is attached.
