Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the agreement #2025170 between Mobile Communication America (MCA) and Williamson County for the Fleet and Impound Lot Security Camera Upgrade in the amount of $13,558.87 pursuant to DIR Cooperative Contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Approval of this item will support operations for the Sheriff's Office at the impound lot, located at 3151 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, Texas 78626.  MCA will provide and replace two existing cameras and relocate an additional camera.  The proposal includes a Point-to-Point option for the vehicle storage building with a Multi-Sensor camera added to the building.  System installation includes hardware, system licenses, and configuration. This has been approved by the Budget, Auditor's Office, and Information Services.  The funding for this is 01.0100.0560.005003 for FY25. Origination #2261.  The department's point of contact is Don Heflin.
