Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues to the General Fund.
Background
The state reimburses a portion of the Grand Juror/Juror Payment. We will be receiving more reimbursement than budgeted due to the increase in the number of Jurors being called and days spent in Jury Trials. We need additional funds in the expenditure line to finish out the fiscal year. So amending the revenue to provide for an amendment for the additional expense.
