Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to conduct the local canvass of election results for the Constitutional Amendment and Special Elections held on November 4, 2025, and to approve all documents related to the canvass of election results.
Background
The canvass may not be conducted until the Early Voting Ballot Board has verified and counted all provisional ballots and counted all timely ballots returned by mail. The Early Voting Ballot Board will meet on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 4:00 pm. After the board completes their work, the canvass reports (including the precinct-by- precinct report and the election summary report) will be electronically submitted to the Commissioners Court.
