Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on renewal 2 (FINAL), for contracts 23RFP50 (EST systems) and 23RFP51 (Honeywell systems) with a price increase between Blackhawk Fire and Safety, LLC and Williamson County, for the Facilities Department, previously approved by the commissioners court May 23, 2024, under Agenda Item #34. These two RFPs were combined into one services agreement as they are for the same terms and conditions, awarded to the same vendor but for different brands.
