Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on recognizing the second full week of April as Animal Care and Control Appreciation Week.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter would like to recognize the hard work and dedication of all the Animal Control Units they work with: Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, and Williamson County. Together, the shelter and these animal control units have built programs to aid the dogs and cats in our communities, including using Petco Love Lost as an in-field reunification tool and starting a Finder to Foster program. Thank you officers for your dedication and compassion.
