Inc., for the Brushy Creek Regional Trail – Drainage Correction project for additional time to complete the project, which was approved by Williamson County Project Manager, Matt Weber, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.

The Change Order No. 1 is made to the contractor, Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc. to add 30 days to the project, with a new completion date of April 25th, 2026, with no increase in cost. Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Matt Weber, was delegated change order approval authority for this project on June 24th, 2025, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc.
