Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a General Land Office Amendment relating to Contract # 22-130-05-E524 regarding the grant funding for an update to the Williamson County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
Public Background
The General Land Office Amendment to Contract # 22-130-05-E524 needs to be signed by Judge Snell in order to close and receive the last draw request and release of the final payment to the Auditor's Office. The amendment is needed because Williamson County originally paid $2,500.00 out of GL funding in 2023 with H2O to start this grant project, and so the grant award amount needs to be modified to reflect $76,500 instead of the total $79,000 which reflects the funds that were paid for by Williamson County. Attached is the amendment and the original receipt that was paid to H2O in 2023 for $2,500.00.
