Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Eureka Mills subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 4.

Public Background

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Eureka Mills subdivision that was initially approved on October 8th, 2024. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout. This revision includes a decrease of 1 single family lot and a decrease of 290 linear feet of new roads. With this revision, the proposed Eureka Mills subdivision consists of 821 single family lots, 18 open space/detention lots, 1 amenity center lot and 36,981 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by San Gabriel Municipal Utility District #1 on 235.74 acres.
