Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Dickinson Ranch subdivision, with the condition that any final plat for the subdivision shall fully comply with the requirements of Appendix F1.3 of the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations, as well as the Drought Contingency Plan approved by Williamson County MUD No. 56 – Precinct 2.
Public Background
This proposed subdivision consists of 1 access easement lot, 1 emergency access lot, 1 public water system lot, 4 drainage lots, 4 owner reserve lots,5 landscape/amenity lots, 225 single family lots, and 24,870 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by Williamson County MUD No. 56 on 471.63 acres.
