Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector's Office.
Background
The software maintenance provided by the vendor which oversees the Opex Connect Module was overlooked when the FY 2017 budget was submitted. The maintenance allows for quarterly or as needed check ups on the machine that scans the property tax and motor vehicle information into the system. This is a necessity to process daily payments.
