Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Standard Reimbursement and Utility Joint Use Agreement with Oncor Electric for utility adjustments on CR 305 at IH 35 Bridge Replacement, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.
Background
Oncor Electric has existing facilities in conflict with the CR 305 at IH 35 Bridge Replacement Project. Oncor is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to Oncor by the County is $29,255.96 for 3 pole removals, 6 new electric pole installations, and the associated electric conductor and ancillaries. The total eligible costs do not include betterments, those costs are paid for by the Utility Owner.
