Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Easement and Right of Way between Williamson County, Texas, as the grantor, and Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC, as the grantee, for the installation of electrical service and facilities at the Williamson County Landfill.
Background
For operational purposes, there is a need to install additional electrical service along the south boundary of the landfill. This easement will provide for the installation of new electrical service for the purpose of providing electrical service to a newly constructed disposal area located adjacent to the existing disposal area.
