Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Amendment for the Odyssey Software Agreement with Tyler Technologies to add Inmate Fingerprint Biometrics.

Requested by Otis Coufal, Administrative Services Director for IT Department; this will add Inmate Fingerprint Biometrics to our Software Agreement for $12,235.00, which includes the addition of professional services that come with adding that addition (such as project management, deployment, set up and configuration, as well as training, go live assistance and travel) for a price of $7,715.00, plus a fee of $2,569.00 added to the annual Agreement, for a total expense of $19,950.00 added to the Odyssey Software Agreement.
