Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector's Office.

Pitney Bowes has informed our office that our current postage machine will no longer be serviced nor will parts be available effective January 1, 2017.  The machine is over seven years old and has been breaking down over the last six months.  During that time a technician from Pitney Bowes was able to repair the machine and keep it running.  At the time that the budget was prepared for the 2017 fiscal year, we were not aware that Pitney Bowes would not be servicing this machine so there was no reason to include funds for a replacement.  This line item transfer would cover the lease agreement including maintenance service for January through September 2017.  From that point forward, we would include the cost for the equipment lease on future budget submissions.
