Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on reappointing Garry Guthrie to the Emergency Service District No. 3 Board with their term commencing effective on January 1, 2017 and continuing thereafter until December 31, 2017.
Background
Emergency Services District (ESD) #3 Board Member Garry Guthrie's term expired December 31, 2016. This items seeks to re-appoint Mr. Guthrie to another year to be effective on January 1, 2017 until December 31, 2017 to get him on the correct schedule where he should be.
