Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the new Agreement with Pitney Bowes for a SendPro P Series Postage Machine for the Williamson County Clerk's Office.
Background
This was requested by Sean Johnson, Executive Assistant to the Williamson County Clerk; this new machine will replace an old Pitney Bowes machine located in their office that Pitney Bowes no longer will service. This Agreement is for 36 months at $478.95/month and will be billed quarterly at $1436.85. This is on the TPASS CO-OP 985-L1. Legal and Audit have provided their approval for this Agreement.
