Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Reimbursement Agreement with Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) for utility adjustments on Bagdad Road at CR 278, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct 2.
Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the Bagdad Road at CR 278 project. PEC is 58.33% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $72,466.60 for the installation of approximately 19 new poles and relocation of 11 existing poles and the associated facilities and ancillaries. The total eligible costs do not include any betterments, those costs are paid for by the Utility Owner.
