Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the request of Constable Precinct Four, for the approval of David David R. Moore to the open deputy constable position pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 86.011

Deputy David Moore is currently a Constable Deputy transferring in from Constable Precinct Three Williamson County. Deputy Moore has previously been approved by the this court and is transferring to Precinct Four with Constable Stofles' blessing. The position Deputy Moore is filling is the vacancy at Precinct Four that was created when Deputy Joel Fischetti transferred to Constable Cherrones' office in January. Deputy Moore is a Master Peace Officer with 1560 hours of training, and has 20 years of LE experience. Deputy Moore had previously worked for Taylor PD for 15 years and achieved the level of Patrol Corporal, and has worked for Precinct Three for the last 5 years.
