Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector's Office.
Background
This line item transfer is for funds to pay for three year bond coverage for the new Tax Assessor/Collector, Larry Gaddes to cover employee, commissioners and state bonds that are required for this position. By extending the coverage to three year renewals instead of one year renewals as in previous years, the tax assessor/collector's office is providing a significant amount of savings to the County. The transfer is from line item 004212 postage to line item 004410 in the amount of $1,845.00.
