Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve and award the Engineering Services Contract with Steger and Bizzell Engineering, Inc, for the engineering design services for the replacement of the culvert crossings. This is the second firm to be awarded a contract for these services under RFQ 1607-104. Total contract amount not to exceed $500,000.00.
