Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve the services contract with TF Harper  and Associates, for the removal and replacement of playground equipment, in the amount of $41,582.29, under BuyBoard contract  no. 512-16, for the Parks Department. 

Background

The work to be performed under this agreement is at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park, on the playscape areas. Please see the attached quote and service agreement for more details.
