Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding the IFB 1611-130, to Austin Materials. This Company that submitted the lowest and overall best value to the County for the resurfacing project on University Blvd.
Background
This project is for the resurface, milling and overlay to a portion of University Blvd. It was solicited under IFB 1611-130, and three Vendors submitted bids. Austin Materials was evaluated, and determined by the department, to be the lowest and best overall value to the County. Award letter and quote are attached.
