Discuss, consider and approve the Motorola, no-cost change order, as it relates to the open project for the Williamson County IP Simulcast Conversion and Granger simulcast completion.

Project was approved and funded in 2015 to convert the County's Radio Communication System from circuit based to IP and to complete the tower site addition of Granger tower #8 to the network.  To date all tower network equipment has been installed and ready for turn up and two out of the three dispatch centers affected have been migrated to IP, however due to delays with local vendors (i.e. IXC, LECs) to provide ethernet service for both the County's Prime site #1 and the ESOC 911 CEB, we have been at almost 12 month stand still for service to be provided.  We are now moving forward and we have finally procured a carrier, however Motorola is requesting a NO-Cost change order acknowledgement for documentation to show reason for the delay in the project. The change order reflects a new estimated completion date of 8-31-17, however we optimistically anticipating it to be much earlier.
