Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment No. 1 to Contract for Construction Materials Testing and Inspection for Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center, being dated January 10, 2017, (the “Contract”) by and between Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, (the "County") and Professional Service Industries, Inc. (the "Engineer").
Background
Exhibit D - Rate Schedule of the executed Contract failed to include all rates needed to complete the project. This Amendment is to include the entire rate schedule.
