Background
This is a revision to a portion of the Santa Rita Ranch West preliminary plat that was approved on December 17, 2013. The west portion of this plat has been revised to somewhat larger lots and the proposed roadways reconfigured. The revised preliminary plat review fee has been paid. The name of the overall development has also been changed from "Santa Rita Ranch West" to "Tierra del Sol at Santa Rita Ranch West".
