Background
This preliminary plat was originally approved on February 10, 2015. Modifications are being proposed to Lots 26 through 30 (proposed lots located in the FEMA floodplain) and one road located in the floodplain (Lazy Creek Drive) has been eliminated. The appropriate review fee has been paid.
