Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Stryker EMS Protect Service Agreement with Stryker Corporation.
Background
This is a comprehensive service agreement with Stryker for our patient care stretchers and power load device. It includes parts, labor, travel, one annual preventive maintenance inspection, unscheduled service in the event of breakage and product equipment checklists. This agreement has been reviewed by Williamson County legal.
