Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Information Technology Systems.
Background
The county pays for all Wilco 365 licenses. CSCD, Health District and CAMPO reimburse the county for the licenses used by their respective organization. The budget amendment is to recognize the additional revenues and expenditures for the Wilco 365 costs associated with these organizations.
