Discuss and take appropriate action on precinct boundary changes affecting Precincts 273, 277, and 278.
Background
Precinct 278 has more than 5,000 active registered voters, which exceed the 5,000 maximum registered voters allowed by the Texas Election Code. Adjusting the boundary lines of Precinct 278 and Precincts 277 and 273 is necessary to reduce the number of registered voters in Precinct 278 to bring it into compliance with the Texas Election Code.
