Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement between Williamson County and CoreCivic, Inc. (Formerly: Corrections Corporation of America) in order to reflect Corrections Corporation of America’s recent legal name change to CoreCivic, Inc.
Background
Corrections Corporation of America (“CCA”) has undergone a legal name change and desires to change its name as reflected in the original agreement that was executed between Williamson County CCA on February 1, 2010. All other terms of the original agreement and prior amendments not amended in this Amendment No. 3 shall remain the same.
