Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the MOU and Standard Agreement with Block House Municipal Utility District regarding off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies.
Background
This agreement gives permission for Block House MUD to contract County Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice Block House MUD for deputies' vehicle usage. We are updating our agreements since Sheriff Chody took office on January 1st.
