Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services between Williamson County and KA Hickman Architects and Interior Designers, LLC for additions to the original Design scope of work in relation to the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project. The funding for this project is P-325.

Background

Due to an increase in building size, an added Department and an additional structure being added to the Design scope of work after the original contract was executed, it is necessary to add an increase in Professional Service Fees to cover the time required by the Lead Architect and all  Sub-Consultants on the Design Team. This added time is for the Design, Bidding and Construction Phases of the Project.
