Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1704-153, WCCHD Office Renovations to the highest scoring respondent Trimbuilt Construction, Inc. and authorizing the County Judge to execute the agreement.
Background
After thorough evaluation of the six (6) proposals received it was determined that Trimbuilt Construction was the best respondent to this RFP. Award is being recommended to Trimbuilt with a cost of $1,440,000.00.
