Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to reschedule a public hearing pursuant to Tex. Transp. Code § 251.152 regarding proposed street name change in Pct. 3 for Logan’s Way to Rocky Top Ranch, including authorization for publication in local newspaper of notice to the public.
Background
The notice of the public hearing did not make it to the newspaper. We need to reschedule the public hearing in order to follow the proper procedures.
