Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Supplemental Agreement No.1 to Agreement for Renovation Services for the Texas Avenue Facility between Williamson County and Trimbuilt Construction, Inc., and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The agreement is for the creation of an Owner's contingency in the amount of  $100,000.00.  As outlined in RFP 1704-153, WCCHD Office Renovations, the Owner's Construction Contingency is controlled solely by the Owner. Expenditures from the Owner's Construction Contingency must be made by Change Order issued by the Architect and approved by the Owner in accordance with the General Conditions. Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation from any unused amounts of the Owner's Construction Contingency.
