Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving clarifying policy language related to meal reimbursement for day trips in the Employee Policy Manual.
Background
This change is necessary in order to clarify that in order for an employee to receive $50.00 for a day trip that does not meet the distance requirements (more than 45 miles from Historic Courthouse), they must be traveling outside of the County.
