Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids for CR 119 Construction, under IFB # 1708-186.
Background
Construction of 2.3 mile of roadway consisting of grading, flexible base, asphalt pavement, bridge, traffic signal, signing, concrete culvert, and pavement markings with an estimated Road Bond cost of $8.3 million dollars. This project will be under the oversight of HNTB. The project will be substantially complete in 450 days and final completion will be in 480 days.
