Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB # 1708-188 for Emulsions to the lowest and best bidders Ergon Asphalt, P2 Emulsions and Wright Asphalt.
Background
This IFB was viewed by 32 firms. After thorough evaluation of the three (3) bids received, Road & Bridge is recommending award of Emulsions to Ergon Asphalt, P2 Emulsions and Wright Asphalt. Ergon will be the primary vendor of items 1-7; P2 will be the primary vendor of item 8 and tertiary vendor of item 6; and Wright Asphalt will be the secondary vendor of items 3, 4, 6 and 8. No secondary vendor will receive award on items 1, 2, 5 and 7.
