Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the annual agreement for the Microsoft Premier Support Services per DIR contract DIR-TSO-3781, for the term of November 1, 2017 - October 31, 2018 with Microsoft Corporation in the amount of $45,536.
Background
Microsoft offers Microsoft Master Services through this contract which is available for state and local government usage. Available services include: Premier Support Services (support account management, workshops, problem resolution support, support assistance, and information services) and Technical Services (technical consultants).
