Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving 2013 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to move $650,000 from RM 620 Phase 2 (P235) to Pearson Ranch Road Extension (P221) of $350,000 and Forest North (P225) of $300,000. Also, move $3,000,000 from Southwest Bypass (P243) to Georgetown ILA Southwest Bypass Phase I (P453) and $50,000 from 2013 Road Non-Departmental (P290) to Bagdad Road @ CR 278 (P438).
