Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding agreement with Charter Communications Operating, LLC d/b/a Spectrum for revised internet services at EMS stations to support county operations.

Background

This agreement is an increase to our current internet speed (as well as a location change) for our EMS stations. Legal would like to note that the vendor is not willing to modify their contract to County standards. However we have limited options from internet providers and the service is on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled anytime.
